How to get help
Even the simplest system can be daunting when it's new. If you're new to the system try browsing the Getting Started area for the essential user guides. If you're looking for an answer to a specific problem.
- Search the site - If you're looking for an answer to a specific question type the topic into the search on the Web Office homepage to search the ShareInsight knowledgebase.
- Common Questions - If you can't find the answer you're looking for try browsing the common questions area for answers to frequently asked questions.
- Forums - If you still can't find the answer for the quickest response submit your question to the commuity of users who use Insight on a regular basis, and why not answer someone else's post while you're there.
- Contact Us - If you can't find the answer you're looking for, use our support request form to submit a question, bug report or feature request to our technical support department. You can also call us if you'd like to speak to someone in person.
