Training Group small We run a variety of training days to help you develop your knowledge of different areas of the Insight system quickly. All the courses contain a balance of demonstrations and time for you to practice what you've learnt.

Foundation Course Outline

On Day 1 you'll...

* See the power of Insight via an overview of the feature set.
* Navigate your way around the web site and the Web Office.
* Change your Menus/Site structure.
* Create & publish Articles
* Set up forms to get feedback and record responses.
* Publish events most effectively on your web site calendar.
* Add contacts to your database.
* Create website Users.
* Add Users to specific groups.
* Delegate editing or admin tasks by assigning permissions.
* Send mailings to different groups from within the Web Office.

On Day 2 you'll...

* Configure your site Address book to your needs.
* Record extra information on users via "Notes".
* Build richer mailings that include images and links.
* Create Rotas to manage your teams & auto-send reminders.
* Publish different media including audio, video and document files.
* Interact with your members through forums.
* Customise your web site look and feel (basic introduction).
* Discover support resources.
