UPDATED - Website Downtime - Monday 11th April

Our co-location service provider is migrating its data centre from Stratford to a state of the art facility in Enfield on Monday 11th April from 3 am, taking up to 4 hours. This will mean your website will be inaccessible for up to 4 hours during the early hours of Monday morning.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but this enables our hosting provider to continue to offer reliable access to our servers.

We expect all sites to be back online by 7am on Monday. As always, our engineers are on call 24/7 and will be monitoring all our services to ensure the smoothest transition possible.

No action is required on your part. If you have any questions please contact us.

UPDATE (09:00 BST): We apologise that this maintenance took far longer than anticipated. However, all sites are now fully online. We are awaiting a full report from our data centre as to the reasons for this extended outage and will provide an update when one is available.

FINAL UPDATE: Our service provider reported that all of our servers were back online by 06.30, but there were problems with our firewall configuration in the new location. The firewall configuration had to be restored from backups before the servers were fully accessible.
