This video doesn't load in the window for me, it just has the loading "clock" which goes round and round. Is there a setting which I might need to change on my browser? (FF3)

For example, we have put a video on our frontpage and we want it to play automatically on first visit. However, it then plays every single time the homepage is loaded, which can become quite frustrating for regular users...
