Can I change the Rota email reminder text?
Although the rota reminder text can't currently be edited extra text can be added to the reminder within the settings of each rota.
How to add extra text to your rota reminders
Extra text can be appended to the end of a rota's email reminder as follows:
- Select the rota you wish to edit.
- Select the '
 Edit details of the rotaname rota' task
- Add your message to the Email reminder note edit box.
- Click the Update button to save your changes.
This will add text to an individual rota reminder but it's not possible currently to edit en masse all rota reminders.

They say "do not reply to this email but contact the rota organiser." Many rota organisers want people to arrange their own swaps and THEN just let them know - contacting the rota organiser first is what we want people NOT to do.
