Each group folder can contain several articles, and each article will normally represent a page on your web site.

If what you require is to create a new item on the navigation menu then you'll need to create a group and publish an article within it. If you already have an area within your site structure to locate your page then you can simply create an article. A link to your article will be needed to access it, but this will normally be generated automatically by the article list component.
