When I put in my web site address but the site isn't displayed?
If you're entering your trial site address and you get the message Web Site Not Found, make sure you haven't put www at the start of the domain name. The correct format is http://sitealias.uk.endis.com, or http://sitealias.churchinsight.com in the case of ChurchInsight customers, rather than http://www.sitealias.uk.endis.com.
If you've put in the correct domain name but you get a Page Cannot be displayed message please check that you can access other web sites before contacting us e.g. try www.google.com? If our web sites are the only sites you can't access then it'll be a temporary issue and the service should resume shortly. There is no need to contact us as we'll already be aware of the issue.
