When I download the CSV address list it doesn't display?
Users may experience problems downloading the csv address book from the 'Mailing' tool because of the following 2 reasons:
- Internet Explorer browser settings are restricting certain downloads. Solution is to go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Tab: Security -> Zone: Internet -> Button: "Custom Level..." -> Downloads -> Automatic prompting for file downloads -> Enabled (also make sure that "File download" option, just below, is also enabled)
- The pop-up blocker is turned on either in the browser itself or on a plugin toolbar within the browser e.g.Yahoo or Google toolbar. See disabling your browsers pop-up blocker for instructions on how to switch of the pop-up blocker within your browser's settings.
